Cang Tin Food Club

June - September 2021

To pilot the program, Mise en Place invited Căng Tin, a collective of young Swiss creatives, to spend the summer of 2021 in residency. Researching the food, applied arts and craftsmanship from Vietnam, the group proposed a series of events at Deli Social to showcase their work. This series of collaborative pop-ups and menu take-overs resulted in the publication of Căng Tin Food Club No 1,a zine dedicated to the recipes developed during their residency.
