As food systems develop, dining customs evolve, and questions about sustainability and provenance take centre stage, Mise en Place aims to foster new culinary cultures by supporting exciting projects in the domain of food and drink.
With opportunities for entrepreneurs, creatives and chefs alike, the Mise en Place Association facilitates collaboration, experimentation and debate through its two residency programs.
The Mise en Place Association was founded in Spring 2021 and welcomed its first pilot residents in June 2021.
The not-for-profit association is based at Deli Social, a café and creative culinary centre in Lausanne, Switzerland.
The president of the association is Emily Groves, designer, educator and co-founder of Deli Social.
